Please follow the instructions below to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request data deletion by using one of the following methods:
- By Email: Send an email to info@housio.ae with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- By WhatsApp: Contact our team on WhatsApp at +91 92663 58544 and request data deletion.
- Please Include: Your full name and the email address or phone number you used when registering or communicating with us. This helps us locate and verify your record.
What Happens Next
Upon receiving your request:
- We will verify your identity to ensure the security of your data.
- Once verified, we will permanently delete or anonymize your personal information from our active databases and CRM systems within 14 business days.
- We will send you a confirmation email or message once the deletion process is complete.
Note: We may retain certain transactional records or compliance documentation if required by applicable laws or regulatory authorities (such as the Dubai Land Department or RERA).
